YAFGC at Canadian conventions (and Connecticut!)

Due to the impending birth of kid #2, we will not be doing any convention traveling this year. We will have a booth at Hal*Con at the Halifax, Nova Scotia convention centre in November, but if you can't wait until then, you can pick up a Regular Edition of both Volumes 1 and 2 at a couple of conventions this summer. Prices will be the same as online, $25/volume 1, and $15/volume 2.

Good friend of ours and YA author Rob St. Martin is stocking copies of both YAFGC volumes at his booth in the dealers room at the following 2011 conventions:

Another long-time friend and storyboard artist Karine Charlebois, will be carrying copies of YAFGC Volumes 1 and 2 at

Montreal Comic Con, September 17 - 18, Montreal, Quebec

FurFright, October 14 - 16, Cromwell, Connecticut.

Karine was the artist on Disney's Gargoyles (SLG) issue 5, and Gargoyles: Bad Guys issues 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6, as well as a couple of pages of The Gutters, with Ryan Sohmer, Lar deSouza and Ed Ryzowski. Karine will be selling prints and doing commissions at her table at both conventions, and her portfolio is a gorgeous thing to behold.

Drop in on them both to say hello, get some original art commissioned, and pick up some books for yourself, your kids, your friends and relations. Happy conventioning!
