I've recently found myself playing a lot of Fallout 3 and Borderlands. And realized that i need better tunes to play by. Unfortunately, my main desktop is in the shop right now, so I don't have access to most of my music. But I figured I'd ask for some help coming up with a list.

So, the question is, what song would you have playing in the wastes? Picture yourself, driving your vehicle, the guts of some recent roadkill on your bumper, and a gun strapped to your hip/back/both. What's blaring on the radio?
My current list:

Ballad of Serenity
Bon Jovi - Wanted: Dead or Alive
Cage the Elephent - Ain't no Rest For the Wicked (Theme to Borderlands).

I got a mod (CBO Radio IIRC) for Fallout 3 where you had a special radio channel which tapped into my MP3 folder and played those instead of the jolly 60's tunes or the enclave crap. So I was strolling around the wasteland as you describe.

Granted I am a packrat when it comes to MP3s but the ones which stick in my mind

Bon Jovi - Blaze of Glory & Santa Fe
Paul Kelly - Dumb Things
Billy Idol - White wedding
VNV Nation - Anthem
Peter Gabriel - War Without Tears
Mass Effect theme (when in the vault)
Robocop theme - When Liberty Prime takes a stroll.
On edit: How could I forget the 'Dark Knight' theme :wacky:

Some funny moments...
When I entered 'The Pitt'...Dire Straits "Industrial Disease" started playing. :dizzy:
When mowing down the Enclave with a minigun...Haddaways "What is Love" (Baby dont hurt me, no more) provided the background music.

*sigh* As much as I would like to be able to play Fallout 3 on my PC, and thus be able to use mods, I am unable to. Black screen and crashes every half an hour. Checked the System Requirements Lab, and I was about halfway between the Requierments and the Recommended. And no one at the Bethesta forums would help me. So, I just got the GotY edition for the 360 and called it good.

Oh, going to have to add the Spiderbait version of Ghost Riders in the Sky to my list.

*sigh* Thanks for the list of songs guys. Thing is though, I just found out that my PS3 can't play music while playing a game. Yep. Thats right. It exits the game if you try to play a song. Asstards...
