That kelpie should watch his... rump. :P I'm surprised that he thinks the Seelie Court would have any objection to his devouring humans. The Cotton Wood version of the Seelie Court must be nicer than the one in the old myths.

The Seelie Court should object. The Unseelie Court, on the other hand, shouldn't have any qualms at all about the Kelpie's behavior.
