Heh not bad - tho honestly I'd expect the spy to avoid being spotted by Cybermen, and the thugs be the easy prey the Cyber folk would find. Ace, tho, could handle whatever was thrown her way. Come to think of it, she and Mouse might blow up half of the Cybermen's base before the Doctor and Father and Vincent could stop them <g>

In related news, Beauty and the Beast has just renewed rebooted for CW.

The new version has been rewritten with the same names, but using the story of the Incredible Hulk. Catherine Chandler will be a detective instead of a reporter named McGee, but maybe that will be her partner's eventual role (Tess).

In this one, Catherine Chandler witnesses her mother's murder 10 yrs ago <coughCastlecough> but is saved by a mysterious figure that attacked like an animal. Now as a detective, she has traced her mysterious figure, that no one else believed in, to a Dr Vincent Keller, supposedly killed in Afghanistan in 2002. She discovers that he has lived outside society since developing an affliction that turns him into a super strong 'terrifying beast' with super strength & heightened senses when enraged. She agrees to keep his secret if he'll help her uncover clues to her mother's murder.

I'm hoping we'll get someone with Bill Bixby's talent for Vincent.

We'll see how it goes, and if the show is worthy of a crossover with another Doctor, perhaps, some day

Actually, said thugs get converted into Cybermen anyway. And with that upcoming reboot, no question; for a crossover with that, it's the Eleventh Doctor.

Sorry for another double post but here's another crossover I just thought of. The Sixth Doctor meets the Samurai Power Rangers.

It'd take place after The Trial of a Time Lord arc, he dropped off Mel since it wasn't her time to join the Doctor and he takes a little vacation from the whole experience on Gallifrey and about The Valeyard.

And in one scene envisioned, he talks down to a monster about interrupting the peace.

You know, I can't believe no one's mentioned Sanctuary.

Come on. A private research establishment full of "abnormals," run by a 157-year-old woman? How could the Doctor stay away?

Huh. It makes sense for a crossover. Has anyone actually wrote it yet?

Torchwood and Hellboy.

I have this mental image of Captain Jack looking speculatively at poor ol' Abe Sapien and thinking "Fish guy, huh? Hmmm...":)

Saw a suggestion on another forum for a Doctor Who crossover with NCIS. Personally, I have my doubts about that one working well--I just don't see Gibbs and the Doctor (any regeneration) getting along very well. Ducky or Abby would make a good companion, though.

Here's an idea, though: Doctor Who and The Wild, Wild West (the 60's TV show, not the Will Smith movie).

Doctor Who and Kim Possible.

Now, this could work a couple of ways.

Tenth Doctor and Martha meeting Kim and Ron mid mission. Kim later helping Martha with her medical studies and giving a rather bemused Doctor advice on something scientific - Kim's mother and father being a brain surgeon and (literally) a rocket scientist respectively.

Alternately, Eleventh Doctor with Amy and Rory.

I can just picture Ron Stoppable and Rory commiserating with each other about being "The Sidekick" to a feisty redhead.

Has anyone considered this yet - a crossover with M*A*S*H? I picture an AU store where the 7th Doctor lands in Korea in 1952 instead of San Francisco 1999. He gets shot in a crossfire, and he gets delivered to the 4077th, where he has the misfortune to be operated on by Frank Burns. He dies on the operating table, and later that night, Radar and Klinger witness him regenerate into the 8th Doctor.

So it'd basically be the TV Movie, just set during the Korean War. So... Not like the TV Movie that much then...

Actually what WOULD be really interesting is the Doctor coming to investigate why the Korean war is still going on some five years after it should have ended....
*Begins seriously to think on this*

*M*A*S*H syndrome, where a camp is caught repeating events of the war, over and over again, seemingly oblivious to the amount years they spent doing the same years over and over again, tho they continue to age normally ...

edited to add - only the dead and insane escape - death of their first commander before he reaches home, reports of Frank Burns leaving bcs he'd been committed ...

That would also explain some of the weirdness going on on Sesame Street.

Well, if I remember correctly, Radar's bear in M*A*S*H was never named, and Big Bird's bear is named Radar after Gary Burghoff's character.
