All, in all, I liked this episode. I think the concept was sound, though it wasn't my favorite of the series.

Also, wondering how Rory knew that the Doctor is so dangerous and makes people do things to impress him...this is only his 2nd outing.

Great comic moments, too. Also, seemed a bit rushed.

i didn't really like it. It had a good concept, but too many poor jokes and ...odd... plotting. Rory's comments about the Doctor were good.

They are being a bit forceful with the whole cracks/silence prophecy, aren't they? I liked it more when the "code-word" story thread was more subtle.

I just about spit out my drink I was laughing so hard at the "sounds better in your head" line before the credits...

The concept was OK, though I kept looking for the Doctor to offer to find the space fish another home... Ups and downs as usual, but overall decent.

I concur on the cracks/silence bit. It does kind of feel like we're being beat over the head with it. I suppose it's supposed to help us build a sense of ... uh... anticipation, perhaps? ... leading up to the final episode. ~shrug~ I could do without the blatancy, but whaddaya gonna do...

I wanted to add something I forgot to say earlier.

That moment when the Doctor and Amy run into each other and start babbling to each other about vampires put me strongly in mind of Tooth and Claw, when Ten and Rose got all giddy at each other about werewolves. It's actually nice to see the Doctor having a little bit of fun again...

It wasn't too bad. At least Smith is reminding me less and less of David Tennant as he finds his footing. Not knocking David, just saying that Matt is beginning to come into his own as the Doctor.

I was kinda hoping that they WERE vampires, so that it would tie into "State of Decay".

I think with RTD AND with SM, you have episodes that advance the big season finale and episodes that stand on their own. This one stands on its own, just not very well.

I can't waait for the Cybermen to return. The REAL Cybermen, not the "alternate Earth" Cybermen. Cybermen who know who the Doctor is.
