Since Rich has been suggesting a lot of the crossover ideas that are popping up in the Outrage comments ought to be brought here to the forum, I figured I'll start...

U.N.I.T./Stargate SG-1
After the revelation of the Stargate's existence to a number of world powers, the United Kingdom sends it's top specialist in these matters to consult with the Stargate team and to share their available intelligence. Naturally they send Brigadier Sir Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart KCMG, CBE, DSO. Jack O'Neil and the Brigadier don't get along, but that all changes when a Raston robot follows an SG team back through the gate.

Doctor Who and Blake's 7

- After the constant borrowing of props and actors between the two shows, it was inevitable the walls between the those two universes would thin.

I'd love to see the optimistic side of the 4th or 10th (or ever so engaging 8th) cross over into the pessimistic and paranoid universe of Blake's 7 - his friendly smile and handshake met at every turn with raised weapons (so what's new) - till he becomes trapped somewhere with Blake's crew and the Doctor has to outwit Sevalan to keep them all alive.(While simultaneously avoiding Blake vs Avon's double dealings with each other as they work to get the crew free (or at least Avon free) and neither would be sure of the merits of getting the Doctor free as well.)

From Zen's crew point of view, meeting the smiling optimistic and friendly Doctor would be a bit like suspicious New York city siders running across a clean cut man with a gleaming smile and super friendly manner in an out of the way spot - they'd know he was either a psycho-killer or from out of town.

Of course there's always the 9th Doctor, raw from the war - but he'd fit in so well, in his surlier moods, with the burnt out but still alive and scheming rebels, that it wouldn't be quite the same sort of fun <g>

Doctor Who/Dark Crystal

The Fourth Doctor, Romana, and K9 arrive on Thra in time for the earlier Conjunction, when the UrSkeks split themselves in two while trying to purge themselves of their dark sides. They discover the post-"Deadly Assasin," pre-"Keeper of Traken" Master trying to use the Crystal to jump-start a new cycle of regenerations.

And this one isn't Doctor Who, but ...
I've always suspected that NBC's sadly short-lived series, Kings, was set in a parallel universe. Modern technology exists, but the people of Gilboa are clearly okay with having a king chosen by God (and receiving signs from Him). Also, if you look closely, there doesn't seem to be any mention of any nation that exists in our world. For all we know, Gilboa and Gath are that world's superpowers.
Meanwhile, in Farscape, alternate realities ("Unrealized Reality") are accessible through wormholes if you know what you're doing. So, conceivably, Crichton and company could pay Gilboa a visit. I can see Rygel demanding to be treated as a visiting head of state, and therefore Silas' equal. (Silas wouldn't like that.)

Doctor Who and Primeval. :p I like to believe at least some version of the team exists within the whoniverse, do that there's adventures where the Doctor, Amy and Rory fend off future predators in an Earth long since abandoned by space-faring humans and Cutter and co. have to deal with a bunch of rouge sea devils that just walked through a time anomaly. :D

How about a House of Paulus crossover? I'm not sure which doctor though. Maybe 7 or 11?

So on that logic, we can say that Flash Forward (The Invasion), Alien (The Ark in Space) and Inception (Amy's Choice) are all part of who lore! :Peace:

Clever ideas.

But in the literal sense:
*WARNING Entering Pedantic Zone WARNING*

Inception as corporate employment of bad seeds? eh. The Doctor would have to come up with a way to exterminate all the seeds on the planet <g> - while fighting the Valyard too.

Alien is a little bit close, tho they didn't have it all happen after the human race was supposedly wiped out. Perhaps Alien is the dream that some of the absorbed had before dying - it explains the nightmares one of them had waking up, if they were dreaming of Alien, no wonder they woke upset!

*Exit from Pedantic Zone*

(Never take Pedants too seriously.)

I recently gave in to curiosity and got the first season of "Samurai Jack" out of the library. Now there's a guy who could use some help from a Time Lord!

Now you have made me remember the ep that was a crossover with Samurai Jack and Daffy Duck, in the Duck Dodgers in the 23rd and 1/2 century!

*tries to imagine a Duck Dodgers 23rd&1/2 Century Doctor Who crossover and fails slightly*

The only Doctor that would work with is Matt Smith. He is such a living toon.

No, I think only David Tennant's shouty voice could keep up with a posturing Daffy.

I think a Doctor Who/McGyver crossover would be very entertaining. I'm just not sure which Doctor would work the best. Who would you nominate?

"There can be only thirteen" doesn't have quite the same ring to it...

Ah well. It was either that or Doctor Who/Batman, but that's just silly.
