I've just discovered these guys hidden away on disc 2 of The War Games DVD and they are AMAZING! I urge everyone to heck out their videos on Youtube, especially their version of Planet of the Dead and the Doctor Who Calypso

If you don't laugh at this, then there's no hope for you!

Those guys are great. I love their Doctor Who spoofs - tho their Life on Mars and Demon spoof was pretty funny too.

I think my favorite is their remake of the Easter special, Planet of the Dead.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZvbMA6xtjQ&feature=channel

Complete spoiler if you haven't seen the original.

O...M...F...G!!! That kicks serious ASS! I haven't even watched the whole Planet of the Dead one yet (bedtime comes early when your kids wake up at 5:30am), but I just about fell off my chair laughing at the "wormhole" at the end of the first minute! Ohhhhhhh, something to look forward to for tomorrow.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou...

I haven't seen that, but I have seen a link to their Torchwood parody (on YouTube). It was HILARIOUS. "You...you BAD PERSON!" "Bad person?" "Yes! That's all we can get away with before the watershed!" (it wasn't exactly "bad person", but it was something similar)
"So it's Scooby Doo, then?" "Of course! TO THE TORCHWOODMOBILE!"
And then the homosexual subtext thrown in unceremoniously at the end, causing one sock puppet to get _extremely_ confused... :P

...Notorious

I saw that link (isn't it called "Torchwool"?) - looking forward to finding some time to watch more! :D

Thank you for introducing me to these.
Although, I'll have to admit, I thought the funniest one was their version of King Lear. Nothing really to do with Doctor Who, except during the battle. Casablanca comes in a close second.

Oh they are great - and have managed to slip a generous amount of Who references in a lot of their performances. I havent seen their King Lear - but do enjoy their 'Can't Stand The Rain' music video.

Their visits to the tardis of Edinburgh are worth a look see any day. Not their funniest, but still one of their most popular, so they made a few of them and its become a running gag among fans.
