I don't think Lolth has a thread, and as she is by far one of my favourites in this comic, not to mention a Goddess, I thought that needed fixing

How much alcohol does a Goddess need to consume before she becomes inebriated?

Also, I love her messy hair

being a goddess, I think if she really wanted to she could make herself feel drunk. But I think she enjoys more the process of getting there.

Well, in one of my novels she got drunk off her ass via about a thousand bottles of fairy wine, vintage 63.

Unless you've got black skin, pointy ears, and a vagina I'd advise against converting.

A mate of mine says he thinks a Martini or a Cosmoplitan is more Lolth's style than wine straght out of the bottle...

She didn't drink it on purpose. She was actually drinking a giant bowl of blood and her enemies, the heroes of the book, tossed in a magic refilling bottle.

Do you really think drows are the refined kind? Maybe the queen type but Lolth seems to have an obvious prediclection for something more raw and chaotic, like Arachne, obviously.

Martini is sweet (bittersweet but sweet anyhow), I'd rather see Lolth drinking something like vodka instead (in an emptied skull, if you ask me - no fancy umbrella, of course).

I've always hated gin: it tastes like cheap perfume (or so it seems to me). I was thinking more of the European kind of dry white liquors like vodka, grappa, orujo, etc. (rum is my favorite liquor but that's more for the Giovanna type, for obvious reasons) but then I thought: "wtf, tequila!" Or maybe better mezcal, with a nice fatty worm or scorpion at the bottom of the bottle... :devilish:
