Yes, Glon. A job half done is annoying.
I do admit though that without Arachne we would not have our sort of happy ending right now so let her vent :D . I would even send her flowers if not for her dreadful allergies to everything that is good, pretty and beautiful :D .

Does she mean she was dead, dead and then reanimated, or ressurected?

I don't get the point of Arachne's last phrase.

In comicbooks and comics in general, Arachne is giving some great advice there.

Next time make sure he kills her so she can't come back and seek vengence.

I understand what she's saying, but I can't understand why she is saying this. She doesn't want to get killed, does she?

Evidently, she's stupid enough to think that threatening the guy who just made her dead for four hours is a good way to keep him from trying again, while also pointing out that it is most definitely in his own interests to toss her body into the Kobold Chow(TM) machine next time.

Again, it is proven that Arachne is nowhere as smart as she likes to think. And that no one in this world has heard of the Evil Overlord List.

He surprised her while she was unarmed, unprepared and while he was in a dively inspired killing rage. That's not likely to happen again and now she'll be watching him.

I really doubt that Arachne fears death, so I don't think she's hoping it will dissuade Glon from killing her again. I think her pride is rejecting the idea that he was even able to do it and she's legitimately threatening him, or challenging him to try it again.

Glon certainly doesn't look smug or confident in the last panel, so I'd say even he is doubting he could kill her under normal (fair?) circumstances.

I'm pleased with the outcome of all this as a whole, and the humor in the last several strips has been refreshing.

I will agree with Fellgrin and Nysyarc: she is too proud and threatening him, probably unable to stomach the fact she lost to him in combat. Not that it is easy to accept that you got owned, right after your crowning moment of hubris: implying to your Goddess you are better than her at least in part, and getting away with it.
As for Glon's face i hoped he would not looked so scared of Arachne still but come to think of it, it is better that he does not challenge her pride further. She is going to stew for quite some time and she will definitely find some way to extract payment down the road even if Glon seems contrite anyway.

I figure Lolth had a small sense of precognition about what was going to happen. We'll see if this even has given Arachne the small slice of humble pie she seems to need.

Survey Says: Nope.

I mean, she was arrogant enough to think that she could take on an armored and enraged Glon when she was neither, and then she fought at melee range, where his strength was even more of an advantage. She really has no clue as towards her limitations.

Then again, maybe she knows she can't run in heels.

Regardless, I think we can safely mark her in the Stupid Evil category.

Arachne had let Glon engage into close combat because she totally didn't expect that he would attack her. (Not a long time before, she helped him to obtain the antivenom for his wife and she probably presumed that he should be thankful. She didn't even know that Goria died.) And when Glon attacked, she had no option but fight back, because turning her back and fleeing would be even more dangerous.
Therefore, Glon had won in that fight only because he acted highly unpredictably (and I can't think of any way for Arachne to predict such action).

She might have had advantage if she retreated immediately after seeing the angry and armed Glon, but in fact she had nowhere to retreat, because Lolth and Beholder King were fighting behind her back. So she made the only possible decision --- try to convince Glon that attacking her would be stupid. What could be the other option? Kneel before Glon and beg him to let her pass? That certainly wouldn't be acceptable for any drow with a bit of honour under any circumstances. Moreover, this wouldn't help.

Considering this and former Arachne's deeds, she hardly can be classified as stupid.

Plus, there was nowhere for her to flee to. Glon and his wives were blocking the exits.
