But... are Arachne's captives going to be in any shape to do heavy labour, after having been her 'playthings' all this time?

And does this mean Alzaer'bith is going to find out what happened vis-à-vis her sister and the title of Queen, and will she have a chance to escape now?

Makes sense to me. I mean, you got slaves, why not use them.

I guess Bith will find out but escaping is another matter entirely. She accepted her position quite readily after all, i doubt if some heavy lifting will make her all rebelious now.

o_o Torture a wizard for who knows how long and then release them and give them access to their magical powers again? You'd have to be bloody sure that you'd broken their spirit.
