In 1195: Yes, they're talking about the battle they're in. Wolf had figured out that the battle is going badly and he expects that they're all going to die. "We're not going to make it." as in: "We're not going to make it out of here alive."
Arachne agrees. Chances are so low that she wouldn't put money on the odds.

In 1198: Wolf has heard stories about Mrs. Bloodhand being a legendary fighter, but apparently didn't believe them.
Arachne knows her reputation (has maybe even witnessed Mrs.B's past exploits?) and comments that "She's still got it", meaning, she's still a great fighter and hasn't lost her edge after all this time.

1240 i found definition of last words "here goes nothing" but is it really means "something that you say just before you do something that you think will not be successful"

Glon may be using it here erroneously, but in his mind he's using it to mean:
"I'm risking everything on this venture, if it succeeds I'll be on the road to popularity with the Orcs, if it fails, they'll hate and laugh at me. I'd better just do it and not look back."

In 797: To "swing by" means to visit. Implying a brief stopover on the way to somewhere else.
As in: "I'll just swing by and pick up that money you owe me."

824: A "nag" is a term for an old female horse. Yelly is a word I made up. Seems to imply that the horse is a sort of yellow colour. Or that it makes a horrible noise when it cries.

Sometimes horseshoes come off. When a horse "throws a shoe" you need to get it nailed back on to the hoof (or a new one put on? I don't know much about horses). Glon used to work at the stables and his father was a blacksmith. Nailing horseshoes on was probably something he had to do a LOT.

You can replace the shoe or get a new one. Missing a shoe is a good way to lame a horse in a hurry, so you can't delay long.

1369: Grif? If you mean the Vulture, he's saying:
"I'm tellin' ya, stick with the ladies! It's easy-street!"

Which means:
"I'm telling you we should stick with the ladies! It's easy-street!"

By which he means:
We should follow Jone and her followers. They're killing a lot of people and that means a lot of food for us. We won't have to worry about hunting and searching for meat.

Vultures, as you probably know, are scavengers and eat meat off of dead things. So whenever there's been a big battle where there are vultures, they hover about and enjoy a big feast. These guys have figured out that by following the killer mob, they've got a ride on "easy street"; getting a lot for little or no effort.
