I am in need of a programmer who is familiar with xhtml mobile and php! I would prefer to work out a barter trade of some kind, especially if they're a fan of YAFGC or the 10 Doctors, but cash payment can also be negotiated when we talk about the project. It's something reasonably small for someone who knows what they're doing, but currently beyond my capabilities.

For the cache issues? Yes, and that worked quite well. I'm looking for a totally different skill set now (xhtml mobile is its own crazy beast).
