Well, he's still alive and intact so I'd say things are already looking up for him. After all, humiliating your Queen in front of your Goddess usually leads to MUCH harsher punishment.

I think things will eventually return to normal for Wolf, maybe even better than they were before. The queen may be upset with him, but he does have Lolth on his side. Lolth has saved him once already because she likes his butt. http://yafgc.shipsinker.com/index.php?strip_id=801 So, the question could be, will she take him as a slave, and what would be the queen's reaction be to that?

Yup. She also eats her loyal followers. She's a demon queen, she does whatever she feels like.
