Its against my personal policy to do more then make a gentleman's bet however I have to point out that the Beholder King has limited precognition. Lolth would have to work her demon-goddess butt hard to take him down before round five or later. Add that we do not know what the Beholder King's extra eye-stalk abilities are makes Lolth not as much of a shoe-in as many people think.

But the Beholder King is a little short on noticing what is happening around him

This is because he absent mindedly disintegrates everything round him before it poses a threat :na:.

Isn't that what the fight is to find out?

Eh, he is the creator's own avatar. That makes him pretty deific.

On the other hand, drow women do have a certain air of invincibility around them in this comic...

Maybe it would end up with another Bob & Gren situation

Holy thread-necro batman! :ghost: Good points all around though. While single combat does seem to favor the women, we have no real way of knowing the full extent of Beholder King's powers.

Let's recount the strengths of both opponents

The Beholder King: magical eye-beams, precognition, levitation.

Lolth: god-like magical powers, hands, Arachne's wardrobe

Weaknesses

The Beholder King: has a firm grasp on Reality with both hands.

Lolth: if its in a bottle she's going to drink it. apathy.

Thank you Maark30 and Immortal-D.

Now that I've had a night's sleep its looking like the whole fight would be called a draw. Sure its possible to get Lolth and the Beholder King in the same room but its highly unlikely that either would pay attention to each other much less fight.

So the only person making out on this are the people who bet on a draw. hmmmm, no one took that option so I guess it all goes to the bookie. Grats, Immortal-D.

if we cant get BK and lolith to fight, we should see if we can get bob and Arachnie to duke it out instead.

worst case scenario? someone winds up dead/petrified.

best case scenario? they each run away and tell there respective higher-ups to attack the beholder/drow populaition. thus ending in our battle royale ^^

Nah, they are both loners. None would run to their higher ups -Arachne doesn't even believe that she has any higher ups.

And Gren would never allow them to fight. Best friend/boyfriend -they have to behave or else there will be no tea.
