I suddenly find myself wondering where Lewstrom is in all this... he would seem to have an interest in keeping the current power blocks in known(=predictable) hands... then again, maybe he needs new skeletal minions and any recently deceased elf or orc will do...

Booo.
Even as an elf lover, i am squarely in team Maula :na:.

As for Lewis, he seemed shocked by the drak elves sudden advancement as well. He is probably preparing something explosive right now.
Probably.

Don't worry, I have little doubt that "Team Mah'ri" is greatly outnumbered in the forum ;)

Lewstrom is both a power to be reckoned with and without real loyalty or even ties to any of the factions. I imagine he will not interfere with a war which creates such a bounty of useable corpses !

Give the giant spider a name, it will improve its survivability odds ;)

It is an ugly, furry, nasty arthropod. How many admirers can it have :( ?

As for Lewstrom, he can have an abundance of corpses as a royal advisor. Wouldn't Mah'ri have her own drow sorcerers to replace him?

Lewie also has a history of actually liking Maula and Glon so unless she whips out somethign worth his wile he's more likely to come down on team orc.

Looks like Charlotte didn't die at the end of the movie, after all...She just had to fake her death, after being hit with those gamma rays.

I am a simple man, give me something of the arthropod / reptile variety which doesnt have a horrible design and/or unforgivable motivations and I will root for it in any coming fights ; )

Had the giant ape in the "lost valley" story arc been the giant mantis we glimpsed in one of the strip, I would have been cheering for it. ; )

Come to think of it, I was on Charlotte's side during that story arc... Ahh antagonists, why are you destined to fail...

Was referring to Charlotte the Spider, from "Charlotte's Web".
