Rich Morris' Comics - YAFGC and The ComixBlog

It seems that the dreaded captain Fang somehow didn't have his own dedicated topic, so I am starting a new one.

I always thought of him as a totally crazy kobold whose only reason of being still alive is Rich keeping him around as a source of gags and funny plot turns. But in fact he might be quite hardy himself, because he has the most important trait every wannabe-pirate should have: he is fearless. (And probably carrying loads of luckstones in his pockets.)

That, and his insanity causes him to do the unexpected. Few enemy are worse than one without any tells or pattern to his actions.

As a huge Captain Fang fan I'd say he just has "dumb" luck!

I think that, like Mork The Orc from the Dragon Magazine article "Midgets In The Earth", (Level 12 Idiot Snaga Orc) The gods just think he's fun to have around.

Cap'n Fang is so AWESOME! I almost with Rich and Co. would do a YAFGC Comedic Swords & Sorcery RPG or maybe Non-Collectible Comedy Card Game (like Munchkin) via a Kickstarter......

Don't think for a moment that this hasn't crossed my mind.

That would be completely awesome sauce. I haven't designed a game since high school. Hmmm......
