also being a proper intrugie driven evil drow, her goal is not to have neutrals around, its to be the superior race and everything else enslaved or vanished

She should wait with all that superiority attitudes until the main opposing force -- orcs -- is defeated.

Yup, she couls use them to easily defeat the orcs and then subdue them one by one. She did take on more than she could handle, and in unfamiliar territory no less.
She is too much of a drow for her own good :).

Well, yeah, that's how Chaotic Evil works. The chaotic evil leader (diety or not) doesn't reward betrayal, they kill you because you're supposed to be too scared of them to betray them in the first place - and if you do betray them anyway, you're not supposed to get caught at it. Chaotic evil organizations are all about fear, bluff, deception and intimidation.

And Chaos.
You cannot predict the reaction of the higher ups. If there was a pattern, it would not be chaos after all.

So now Mah'ri is not even female anymore. Why do i still want to see her after an eternity of strips, emerging as a scarred, malf mad male drow demi-god?

Oh yes, Wikipedia tells of a man (unfortunately I couldn't find his name this time) that was smitten to Abyss as an imp, but had risen to demon prince.
Cue Mah'ri returning as a rival to Lolth. And if it really comes to this, guess who'll win.

Mah'ri is in a different situation. A denmon loosed in the abyss can grow to rival the greatest among them. A soul damned to suffer by one of those greatest get no chance to grow as it's not reborn as a demon, may not even be technically dead so it's soul is trapped within it's form. Remember, upon death a follower of that diety has it's soul journey to that diety where it recieves judgement and appropriate treatment.

I don't think she'll have the chance to Wolf her way out of things. She'd condemned to suffer by Lolth, anyone found slacking on the job or showing her the slightest mercy will also be tortured. Only Lolth herself can reduce or end her suffering and I don't see that happening.

Remember that Lolth is chaotic. Her attention may wander. Her minions know this, and are also chaotic. Every now and then, some of them might dare to slack off a little, if only to avoid getting RSIs from all the torturing.
