Alright, fess up, you scunners: Which of you taught Lolth Mantis-style kung fu?!

Glon gets in the first blow, and Arachne is surprised. Good; it's about time she started seeing him as something else than the buffoon most likely to inherit Maula's throne.
I note she goes for a non-lethal, non-injurious way of stopping him from chopping away at her again, so I surmise she's going to try and talk him out of killing her.

She has no weapons and he is clad in plate mail. She has little opportunity to injure him anyway.

His eyes are exposed. As are his lips.

Along with his whole head and especially his throat.

She could definitely potentially kill him right now. Barehanded, even.

Of course, I'm not hoping she will any more than I'm hoping for the reverse.

My money is on Glon. He's angrier and he's looking for blood, lots of blood.

Still he has a substantial handicap.

I'm rooting for Arachne, Glon is irrational and out of control. Here's hoping the comic tommorow starts with Glon getting a facefull of venom.

I wonder what are his wives doing.

Killing the other four. Or trying to, at least, although I don't remember any of them as having weapons.

Damn. We were heading straight for a happy ending but it seems that Mah'ri managed to plunge the world in chaos after all.
