I'm using the number I think is correct... If we suddenly see more than five strips between Orcanalysis and Therapy with Mrs. Bloodhand... Yay!

Maula is doing well, reminding Glon that he is loved, and implicitly stirring his own feelings of love. Both of these are things that Jone sadly did not have enough of, at the end, to validate her existence as Gruumsh's 'precision instrument'.

Where has the strip #2174 gone??? I can't find it!

Is the site caught into some strange time loop? Or maybe I am?

Also, bonus points to Glon for being honest.

It is heartwarming to see Glon smile again, but it is still a shock to me that Goria is truly dead.

Uhmm... i think he is joking, not "being honest". Glon has proved that the evil in him has more to do with intense violence, not lack of loyalty, so i doubt he plans to kill his mother or even considers it a possibility.
I will also side with Aebliss: he may be a half orc like Jone but he has quite a lot to keep him back fro being a mindless killing machine. Too much to lose, for once.

If I recall correctly, all half-orcs that once starred in YAFGC were mentally unstable to some extent. Nevertheless, Glon's rage seems totally normal to me. First, attempting to wipe out the entire enemy community with own hands sounds like a heroic ideal for orcs (and I am sure they keep memories, or at least legends, of such heroes). And second, even the more gentle, human part of Glon had more than enough reasons to be angry as hell. But I'm pretty sure that Jone was the only example of such determination to kill he had ever seen before, and that's why he was so shocked so severely.
