I like how Maula says "for the time being".
I like even more the implication of Lewis as a healer...

Yeah, well his usual schtick involves suggesting a reasonably priced alternative.

Hrm, well we'll see, won't we? Effective though it might be, we can't be certain Lewie's "WAKE UP!" will work this time

Now that all this is over (seemingly :-) ), I do have one thought:

How long did Nephilia spend being tortured in Lolth's realm?

If it was a long time, are we sure she didn't suffer any long term (but as yet unseen) effects to her personality/sanity?

It could be in the long run the drow traded one devil for another.

Lolth may have intervened to prevent sucha thing after freeing her. After all, she was innocent and thererfore regained Lolth's favor and Lolth wants a capable Queen.

Yes, but she is not exactly good at picking them up. She let 'Bith be queen until Mah'ri deposed her and she let Mah'ri be queen even though she was making one mistake after another at the end.

Nephilia could turn out either way of course -and i love that Wolf will be there as a roayl consort no less so we will be able to see whatever comes through his eyes.

It says "Is is" in the first panel, instead of "It is very good of you to see us..."

I wonder what Lewie's been doing while he was on his 'sabbatical'. Where did he pick up these healing abilities?

He's a lich, magical research is pretty much what they do. LOOOOOOTS of spare time.

Healing is the province of clerics, though, not wizards. Unless Lewie invested in the Arcane Disciple feat, of course. Heh. But if he didn't... did he pick up a new divine patron?

Could be but you can heal with potions as well as with scrolls. Maybe he is not casting healing spells but simply doing some alchemy.

In DnD world, does magic consist of asking supernatural beings to do some miracles, or rather exploiting some "natural" properties of the world to achieve miraculous results? If the second option is true, there is no reason why Lewie couldn't learn some healing spells.
