He knows. It may mean he won't have to take every order when impregnating the ladies... and may be able to have it his way for a change.

On a sidenote: if Wolf becomes the sole male ancestor for the next generation of Drow, won't they suffer from inbreeding soon? Better get some other likely males in on this program...

Yes, they would. However, that is not going to stop Wolf.

I doubt Nephilia will let him take part in the program...

Since fantasy worlds can't work with genetics and maintain the multi-species cross-breeding thing, no, no inbreeding possible.

Unless it makes an interesting story.

That sucks, especially for slow-breeding slow-maturing elf-types.

Are there any other drow communities in the world to which they could offer immigration deals?

Yeah, because the drow would want to advertise that they're underpopulated and vulnerable.

drow (at least in forgotten realms) are actually known that they breed as fast as humans, if not even faster, the only thing keeping them down from basicly overflowing and conquering the world is that they suffer a bit of a inherited chronic backstabbing disorder. this was even noticed by drizzt in one of the books somewhere

Wait hold on, what about all those Drow from east Dark or something? Wolf did mention them coming their way.

They likely already arrived and were slaughtered.

Wolf seems to be a good stud. Therefore, unless he has some hidden genetical fault, this kind of inbreeding may be actually good for the drow population.

I am pretty sure the amount of Drow left are more than the handful shown in the picture.

I don't think inbreeding will be an issue.
