I am reminded rather strongly of Disney's Aladdin. :D

Also, I am amazed and delighted that Adina asked herself the same question I did! :D

Yes, it is amazing how she asked that exact question!

The naga must also wash her hair in some sort of anti-dandruff solution, seeing as how there's a distinct lack of...scales there.

For some reason, I was thinking of Shrek reading the title. Probably that's just a fairly common motif, though.

Yes, no one ever says: "The treasure's on the ground floor. Bring me a Sprite from the gift shop on the way back, okay?"

with the title my first thought was along the lines "... but sorry, your healing well is on another island"

Kudos to anyone who can not only identify the source of the quote in the title, but also finish the line.

"You must go to the highest tower in the castle..."

"...and jump out the window."

*Insert Q-Bert plunging to his death sound effect here*

Monty Python never gets old.

KUDOS!!!

Narrator: And so, early the next morning, the young Prince Charming, dressed in a beautiful white robe, and gripping his magic sword, plummetted to a painful death.

(terrifed scream, followed by a squish then laughter)

Princess Mitzi: Can we get married now, Daddy?

Considering the location, finding a tobacconist's to get 20 Rothmans in this place would be even harder.

And to finish the dialogue even more:

King Otto: No, my dear, he wasn't worthy of you.

Mitzi: Oh, will he have to go into the ground, like all the others?

[King segues into "Ya De Bucketty" song...]

I first heard that skit when my parents gave it to me on an LP.

The exchange that really surprised me was:

Otto: In that case I must set you a task to prove yourself worthy of my
daughter's hand.

Prince Walter: Why?

King Otto: Because she's a [expletive] princess, that's why!

Never expected Python to drop an F-bomb.

Actually it's from one of two special episodes they produced for German television. The only other way it was released was in audio form on one of their albums.

It might be on YouTube, now that I think of it.
