Thanks! It took a bit of work and there's obviously still some shaking-down to do, but I'm happy with it. The back end is much more useful from an admin standpoint as well, though you lot will never notice.

Only problem so far is that the green skinned emoticons appear tiny in my screen. Anyone else has the same problem or is it my browser (Firefox)?.
Another suggestion would be to make the word YAFGC on the blue box on top a link to the comic again, as it makes easier to check the strip when posting or reading someone else's comment.

I've been trying to get the links to the comics in the header to work, but this edition of phpBB has stripped html recognition in an attempt to up security against hackers and malicious scripts. As soon as I figure out *how*, the links will be back.

The Orc emoticons are small in the chooser sheet but seem fine in the posts in my version of firefox; it has something to do with the conversion. I may re-upload them from scratch and see what happens.
