Well, if the headsnakes can and do eat, then they’d need to be connected to the stomach somehow for the medusa/gorgon to receive the nourishment… (wonders how it feels when a headsnake swallows a still wriggling mouse and it passes through the brain… I digress)… unless the gut of the headsnakes are minor ethereal portals… as for the waste, it would be passed by the medusa/gorgon like everyone else.
Also to Mrs B. When you go to kill her, DON’T DO THE HONOURABLE WARRIOR THING AND LOOK HER IN THE EYES for the killing stroke.

Really? The caverns all seem to have very high ceilings, and there are far larger creatures who live there. The cyclops, the ettins, the trolls, etc…
