Well, I apologize. It’s been a rough week and it’s not over yet. A combination of family visiting, Purolator courier complaints and a (directly connected) missed work deadline have left me rather drained and unable to concentrate properly on my comic updates. But there will be more very soon. Tomorrow? I hope, but I won’t promise. Next week for sure!

Well, Jone was functioning like an angel of punishment in orc hell last we saw. Then Ranna apparently took over the afterlife. So.. I wager that little ball of psychosis is ready to give Ranna some smitings.
Also, luckily, can’t be jone, she died elsewhere.
But that isn’t to say there isn’t other worse deadpeople. Like say, lewie’s family. Top tier adventurers who missed one saving throw when a group of dead ogres fell on them Or a forgotten extinct race of four armed giant women with penis hair..

We last saw Jones in #3021, when she was shoved off a cliff in the Gloombelt Mountains by her aunt Shaija. RIP? ?

Nope. She’s regenerated from far worse than that. My working theory on Jone right now is that she is a goddess walking the Earth. Under Gruuumsh I think she had about achieved status as a minor goddess. But, now that he’s been consumed by Ranna, it’s possible that Jone will fill that void in the pantheon.
Eventually.
I feel her story has a good bit more to it yet. Also, feels like Ranna will feel Jone’s sting quite sharply along the way.

She cant be a godess, as she was rezzed as a tool to Ranna. Most likely Ranna just lost interest and Jone is just dead.

Librarians are scary because they are basically book ninja.
Fear the book ninja for their wrath is swift and filled with papercuts.

Now that right there is funny. since under a democracy, there is supposed to be freedom of choice and the guarantee of the ability to fight back against oppression. But I can kind of understand why you feel the way you do with the current Authoritarian socialist leanings of many Democratic leaders combined with the formation of a new generation of leeching Aristocrats.
I don’t know much about this character yet, but she was just told that if she didn’t do this, a dozen innocent people held in the dungeons would be killed and added to the list; doesn’t pouring out the dust insure their deaths (and of course, possibly raise whatever dead are at that location ^_^)?
I think in the ensuing chaos there won’t be time to figure this out.
Not a dozen, Ten. And sadly that is the way of certain lawful good alignment characters, they won’t break their moral code, for anyone. Least of all for rannites who’ll probably just end up killing those ten people anyway

Finally…caught up…with the rest ‘o ya.
I’ve made a few comments on other pages while doing my latest Archive stroll (somehow I always get side tracked part way through and have to start from scratch…or at least…that is the excuse I use), but I have now officially caught up to the rest of you guys.

Who else is on the streets to get attacked by zombies or skeletons but the Rannites? (And an apparently badass librarian they can't capture or attack for some yet-mentioned reason… be a good time for her to leave.)
