According what Rich wrote a few pages ago, there are (at least) 2 different ways of blending species. 1) The Hlafling/Goblin way -Halfling women bear Halflings, Humans can bear Halflings or Humans. 2) the Orc/Elf way. But these were regarding mixing with Humans. He did not tell, how Orcs blend with Halflings for instance, or whether they can at all, so there is a chance that Urzal is half-orc-half-halfling
Now About these kids: Clover has a brother as well, Cedric. I’m guessing they are his children, likely from different mothers. Maybe grandchildren, if He and his kid(s) started a family early enough. He could have, for example, a Human daughter, who in turn has a half-orc daughter…

That seems pretty clear from the strip. Not really relevant what the gods told Glon about the afterlife, since Urzal here has never been there.
So it seems like all the Firelight kids are adopted. THey are cute as heck even Urzal in Orc-face.
