Because the last person (or drow) you want made at you, is Arachne /shudder
I doubt they care very much if other goddesses are mad at them or not. Lolth would be the only goddess worth counting to Drow.
"Person" is a broader term that could include everyone else in their lives including Lolth (even if it’s not the smoothest technical fit for the latter).
