The movie shows The Ending. At the end of the movie, you can see that whole first scene begin again. (So. Now you know the rest of the movie and can watch what you saw at the very first, only this time you’ll understand.) But that ~last scene isn’t at all what you saw before.
No, it wasn’t SF, and it wasn’t pre-fantasy as a genre. (It wouldn’t fit anyway.) TBH, I ~still don’t get it!
So, who knows? Rich Morris -in-the-past did, and any of you who’ve read past this point already.
Ohh… I really hope that things work out here for these guys. I never expected that he’d see his sister again, and I get how she might react as she has, but there’s maybe a chance for them to reconnect!

I think that’s the first time we’ve seen Lewie the Lich *smile* in this comic. Not surprised that it didn’t last real long.

And Litches tend to bounce back, so yes, we have the King Kong of all awkward scenes to look forward to.
Given the fact the Joan arc hasn’t happened yet, It’s pretty safe to say Lewie’s survival is assured.

You can’t help but feel sorry for dear Lewie… I know he’s an evil undead necromancer Lich and all but… He’s so sad and pathetic.
I hope Jone is going to come back one day to… She was so scary and sympathetic on the same time. I actually wish for her to have an happy end somehow.
