Or any evil creature with a higher challange rating, really – especially when the race is always chaotic evil!
Time to watch your back, conserve ammo and shoot straight, I guess.
Or don't plot against the dragons and try to screw them over. If you strike an *honest* deal with a dragon you stand a better chance, especially if they are a more lawful type.
You can make deals with dragons, as long, as they are not chromatic ones. Those are more inclined to be evil. Whites are specifically tend to be cruel and aggressive. Metallic dragons on the other hand can be argued with.
