AFAIK Silk didn’t know about Glon having the same blood-rage, and just assuming he must have it because he’s also a Half-Orc would be, y’know… assuming. And Glon’s normally a lot softer and more harmless than this.
Well, Glon's usual behavior – as how Gruumsh put it into words -, is "too glandular". They rarely see him as a "warrior", despite his bloodline. He also rarely was truly pissed, and without any sympathy toward the other side.
Orcs on a rampage are nothing to sneeze at. Entire kingdoms fall when that happens.
