Not everybody wants to know the results before reading the whole chapter.
Like readers starting from page 1 ~ you tell them ‘oh that happens in this chapter’ so it spoils the fun of finding out by reading it theirselves :@
There is a difference between discussing a page and saying things like "Oh, this is the story where the titanic sinks, the butler did it and the main character is actually a man."
A little courtesy and is all that’s requested.
We get a lot of first time readers doing “archive binges” and while it would be helpful for them NOT to read the comments, some do for some reason and they may not want the ending spelled out quite so boldly for them.
I personally am perfectly fine with spoilers, since they don’t ruin things for me, however I can certainly understand how they have spoil other people’s interest in the subject (in the case, your excellent comic).
Spoiler…. that’s the wrong pallet-sounding-word. You want "palate".
And I’m "bingeing"… I do read the comments, and I don’t really care if spoilers are given or not. I’m ~reading for nuances, jokes, and sweet foibles of human nature…. not flat plot. βΊοΈ
Grog, by the way, is strong liquor like Rum, diluted with water. It was generally drunk aboard ships, to stretch out the supply of Rum (and it also helped prevent sickness by killing any germs in the water)
