I always felt that count was unfair.
He went to hang out in a cave where lives 150-odd topless harpies, ONCE (and once more that Gren probably doesn’t know about, much later, so we’re not really counting that one). Aside from some ogling and light cuddling, there doesn’t seem to be much he could do there.
Seems a false equivalency that she gets to have sex strangers 150 times, to balance out his ONE time visiting the harpies.
Bob had one fling involving hundreds of harpies. Gren invoked the goblin tradition of vengeance, or something similar, which basically entitles her to an equal number of trysts "guilt-free". Even if there has been some between-the-strips catching up, she likely has a lot of credit still available to her..
Goblin Law 7: Law of Equal Revenge. "Any wrongdoing is owed an equal and opposite reaction." Meaning she gets "a free fling, free of guilt, no questions or complaints from" Bob, who may have cheated on her with 150+ harpies, but — given that she will be lawfully cheating on him — the law might apply only as long as the relationship is maintained. You cannot cheat on someone unless you have someone to cheat on.
When you describe a terrifying creature, stating "it has no fears", then you should never forget, that if they have a girlfriend/wife, then they have fears. And probably strong ones.
