It’s as if Charlotte’s ditziness has infected Ranna’s thinking. You can seat a proxy under the Black Mountain who is wearing a crown, but that is NOT, at all, the same thing as having it under your control.
I can’t wait to see this Colossus, though.
You are assuming that it is Charlie affecting Ranna, and not the other way around (just remember, Ranna has been in the ‘driving seat’ of Charlie the entire time we have seen her, or at least the passenger seat)
I think the passenger seat until the explosion that should have killed her. Maybe the magic of the area gave Ranna the boost she needed, but I think Charlotte was, well, Charlotte, until then. If Ranna had been in charge, I think she would have found a way to utilize the genie better (all IMHO)
Possible, or maybe the Crazy that was Charlie was Ranna’s influence

Just thought of something: maybe she figures, if she has a proxy on the throne at all, then that means those who could get rid of the proxy (and her) aren’t around to have stopped the proxy doxy
That would take some moxy!
