And so she goes from "I hate you" to "let’s get married" in an instant. Thus proving to him how shallow she is. Didn’t bother to get to know him. Just wanted the luxuries and title. Seems cruel on Glon’s end, but she’s the kind of shallow type who would stab him in the back the moment she thinks she’ll get a better deal later on.
She’s known him for years, and despite the bitterness in his imagination, the reality is that she always turned him down politely; never sneered, scorned, or belittled him. Wasn’t interested in him as a man at all, but she wasn’t mean or cruel about letting him know that. She didn’t appear to DISlike him at all.
In return for that politeness, he kidnapped her and dragged her into a monster den. She’s quite justified to be furious with him, and feel betrayed. Last strip he managed to put his unacceptable actions in a very different context, and after re-examining her options, she moved toward the preferable one.
Practical, if nothing else.
Not sure why you’d think she’d stab him in the back, literally or figuratively. There are no better deals coming that she’s going to be offered, and she’s well aware of that (recall a little farther back when he pointed out her likelihood of being rescued?) There’s a WORSE deal in Arachne’s house she’s recently been shown very clearly. Any great harm she did Glon would likely get her killed immediately. There’s a literal army at his mother’s command who would jump at the chance to hunt her down.
"Let’s get married" is a decidedly preferable direction to "Alright, I’ll stop complaining about being your slave/prisoner."
So, that’s the last we ever saw of Annabel?
Heh! Glon is a "Backdoor Man."
…Er, Orc.
😀

I think you’re misreading her a bit.
