The links are messed up. 748 links directly to 750 and the back link of 749 goes to 747. (Skipping 749 tends to confuse the hell outta readers, I’m sure.)
Okay, I figured it out. I accidentally gave 748 and 749 the same date, so when you skip forwarde from 748 it jumps to the next date, 750. I will fix this when I get to it, thanks for the heads up!

This doesn’t seem to be wanted behaviour though. What would happen if someone actually published two comics on the same day? Maybe write a bug report?
Oh wait, did you mean “same date” as in “precisely the same exact point in time” as opposed to “same day” (assuming it allows such a fine grained control)? Since in this case it still might be a bug but a far less serious one. It wouldn’t be likely to make any problems with most real publishing schedules, too.
