I don’t know if I’ve said it before, but I really appreciate the crosses and circles on your illustrations. I’m teaching myself to draw and they are very helpful.
Then wow, is he a petty little s**t (or was at the time). I suppose Lucas wasn’t particularly graceful about it, but answering "sorry, I don’t swing that way" with outright hostility is some really sucky behavior.
He didn’t do that. He just avoided him for a week, and gave him the cold shoulder when Cadugan finally tracked him down.
For the record, abruptly grabbing somebody and kissing them on the lips without invitation or permission isn’t exactly "graceful" conduct either. People have been arrested for sexual assault for doing that.
Thinking about these past few strips, Cadugan says he helps nature, not people, yet (1) he killed the ettercap to save the person. Admittedly, he says he didn’t, and probably didn’t, know it was Lucas. I’m not sure if he’d’ve changed his action had he known (2)

Heheh, I’m glad it’s helpful! I’m really just too lazy to clean up over my construction lines.
Always viewed that as just ‘your style’ 😀
Aaaaaand Cadugan never really wondered where the paper for those books came from?…
It’s probably parchment rather than tree paper.
Gee, Cadugan is not good with rejection. What’d he do if he’d hit on someone who was plain and simply straight?
He thinks he did.
