He’s dismissing the fact that Half-Orcs are generally a bit *smarter* than full-blooded orcs, due to the human-heritage in them; as often as not, when orcs become a serious threat to humans, there’s a good chance that it was a Half-Orc leading them.
Also, since Glon was raised with humans, he has the most first-hand experience of what humans are like & how they behave, so he also has insights on human weaknesses that regular orcs are likely to miss.
Maybe someone should show him an article in an old Dragon magazine that was titled, "The Ecology of the Half-Orc" for more information.
