Nice wig, Shekkra. (Who knew there just happened to be a princess among the rank and file of that old Dungeon Keeper’s canon fodder? I’m guessing, "self-declared princess".)
After the Keeper leaving them here, they could adopt a new form of society. They probably copied their closest "relatives" example, which was happened to be the drow's matriarchy. As with any kingdom, a first ruler was chosen by either the will of the majority, or by grabbing the power of it's own strenght and noone opposed to it.
Okay, at this point she’s just giving away all of her sister’s belongings and power xD
