Though in real life, one big problem is that there rarely are just two sides. Another is that people seem to have come to presume that the right course is somewhere between two extremes, even if one of those is absolutely right.

…and it’ll be sort of bad//bad parts of both stories :_: I don’t believe in Niko’s good intentions (no good one will turn anyone into a werewolf because "it’s fun", so I judge N. by her friends). But the story of Arn’s farm told by the Fox has too much vanilla in it… Not that I’d not be playing by such a plot, I definitely would (and I sorta did). But the farm moght really be "out there", in a "convert or die" mode probably
May just be me… but not believing The Fox’s side of things
Good writing will end with the truth being somewhere between sides.
That is generally how these things go in real life. You’ve got two sides of an argument, chances are good that the truth is somewhere between the two.

my guess is neither story is completely true or false but a bit of both
"The truth is a three edged sword."
I prefer to think of it as Truth is a two edged sword with a mighty point somewhere in-between.
Wait, isn’t The Fox related to the Queen?
The plot is both are lying 😉
