For another ‘evil characters being the good guys’ webic, check out "By The Book", the main characters are an Orc, a Kobold and pervy little Goblin who get hold of an Adventurers Handbook after yet another ‘dungeon crawl’ by the ‘Good Guys’ and decide to become Adventurers themselves (instead of just being The Monsters)
