His whole life I would imagine.

In all fairness …. in a world of magic, no assumptions should be taken as gospel until & unless otherwise confirmed. 😉
But, yeah. Cadugan’s mixed heritage has been integral to the story from the beginning.
In Other News: don’t care what her real name is. She will always be Mom Cadugan in my mind. I hope we get to see a demonstration of her skillz at some point. I kind’a assumed that Cadugan picked up most of his from the Elf side of his heritage. I am quite amused to find out that Mom Cadugan is his sensei in this.
Have you _seen_ most of the full surface elves so far? It’s any wonder they’ve survived this long
Seriously, it’s no wonder that the drow have been able to pull their shenanigans on them. The surface elves are pretty damn stupid for the most part.
Seriously though, it’s never been a secret. It’s in his profile on the cast page and there’s jokes about it when he tries to introduce his half-brother Taidor back in the "Lich of the Rings" plotline.

It plays on the old D&D notion that “Half-x” characters are assumed to be half Human, but nobody bothers to mention them. Stereotyping and ethnocentricism at work.
What I love about the linked strip is we never learn which parent they have in common.

Although since we’ve met Cady’s father and he seemed to be full elf, the mystery didn’t last too long.

Cadugan’s mom sure got around when she was younger. *chuckle* Goodness, it sounds like Cadugan hasn’t talked to her in a while… probably since he informed her about Taidor getting killed. At least I assume he informed her.
Why would he? Taidor is of no relation to Cadugan’s mother.
Cadugan and Taidor are related by their father’s blood.
No, they are not. Cadugan is half wood-elf, half human. Taidor was half Satyr, half human. They have different fathers but the same mother, which is her, Flannet. And I’m pretty sure she knows about Taidor’s death.
Glitterbranch is a wood elf name? Wonder what hapen to him or what personality he did have to make him so bad in using a bow. Now all wood elf might not have a passion in using a bow….but that bad….

Glitterbranch was the wood elf prince. The one that kidnapped arachne and later teamed up with runt and cady when they pretended to be drow women to sneak into the mountain and save the elf baron and his people.
