Drawn by Ron Bender (Well, when they aren’t being drawn by me, that is…)
Also, thanks to Ron Bender for helping me translate Hank’s dialogue into “Old Westernish”.
Dang, dude. You almost ran out of space on the Internets to fill out that character list for this strip!
Well, this web-comic does have an ensemble cast.
Just wait. Rich has been drawing the final page ever since before the first page was posted. It’s going to be an epic comic, easily filling a trade paperback on its own, with the entire cast. Including twenty characters we haven’t seen yet, and crossovers from no fewer than five other comics.
…..
What?
Joke.
Nice exposition there in Panel 2, showing us other characters we didn’t know were in the tower.
t!
… I suppose the tower is bigger in inside than on the outside?
To be honest, I thought Rich had sneaked a Smurf into the assemblance in the second panel… until I figured out of the shapre of the Fool’s Cap… 🙂
Looks like the Tower has become the refuge for most of the surviving characters int he vicinity…
It’s the group of Knights from Castle Elegrost (Runt, Eddy, Idries, Aeden -and his son who cannot be seen- Moorish, Bleddig and Jane the Fool) Who retreated there with Adwen and the Daughters of the Blade after the battle of Elwood. Adwen has since taken the Daughters to Northgate to rejoin Catianus. Add the characters from the current arc (Meegs, Bob, Gren, Gaggia, Grell) and the crossover gang (Hank, Scale and Handler)
"I am acquainted with that individual" did not seem in character with our 1870’s ish Sherriff.
Yer darn tootin’!
But, let’s not get too technical. That 1870s Sheriff is saying that about an Elf, so…
And it was a good one! ?
That is one of those Healers from Magical Misfits, right?
