She’s not going to use it. She’s going to magically spawn a handful of children who fight the sharks individually, giving them the opportunity to defeat them and thus score meaningless, fraudulent victories, whereupon THEN she will show up, win, and move on to the next shark, stretching 20 minutes of story into 150 minutes of screen time, and of course disregarding the continuity established with the words "I’ll do it myself."
… On second thought, no, THIS universe is well-written and cares about story.
In what way? Pointing out how Marvel has been steadily building its Universe for over 10+ years? Putting in hints and clues to future stories that eventually get expanded on and revisited years later?
And how DC keeps rebooting their _entire_ Cinematic Universe every five years or so? And they are getting ready to do it again with Flashpoint!
Somehow, when Zac has to confront the dragon, he won’t care much that it’s not just another air-shark…It strikes me (har, har. pun) that he’s just as happy chopping up dragon steaks as he is shark steaks.
Guessing the name of his axe (either that or it’s a call back to when the ‘barbarians’ overran Lewie’s father’s kingdom… personally going with the axe π )
Yes, which is why mentioned the barbarians who attacked during a plague (one of the attackers drove themselves into a battle frenzy, and ended up chipping away at a wall for an hour because his target fell within seconds and didn’t notice)
Also, Zac is waving his axe around in panel two
Guesticus is referring to the flashback part of "Lich of the Rings part 2" which delves into the history of Elegrost as Lewie’s people were conquered by the Nordlanders.
Oh, can remember that strip, it’s the one where the female got to go by because she asked nicely and others simply charged (and got roasted)
Didn’t realise the male had names, thank you
Levena’s last sentence somewhat gives me the feeling she did not simply warn Zac about the dragon, but also/rather asked him to take care of it… Which indicates they are capable of quite some badassery… Likely the reason their captain referred to them as "secret weapon".
Also, I have the feeling I’m going to like them. They seem to be fun. π
Now where’s Levena’s infinity gauntlet…
Well, since you brought that up –
She’s not going to use it. t!
You seem to be confusing Marvel with DC, please don’t
You’re dependable. I’ll give you that.

Oh, pumpkin. Show me where the bad man touched you.
t!
See comment…. must respond… can’t….not….argue….
What are you going on about? o_O
Rich, t!, I’d just like to take this opportunity to thank you for continuing to be your resolutely awesome selves, undaunted.
Yes, what Rancourt said. Thank you, Rich and t!.
Zac’s pretty dumb. I bet we’ll see more of "Zac chop!" or "Zac chop sharks!" on the next page.
Not dumb, just too far away
At least he’s having fun o3o
I get the feeling that arrows aren’t going to work against that thing, especially if it’s just pretending to be a dragon.
Somehow, when Zac has to confront the dragon, he won’t care much that it’s not just another air-shark…It strikes me (har, har. pun) that he’s just as happy chopping up dragon steaks as he is shark steaks.
If you want something done, you gotta do it yourself
And if you want to do it right, have a female do it π
I don’t get it, what or who is ‘druggum’?
Guessing the name of his axe (either that or it’s a call back to when the ‘barbarians’ overran Lewie’s father’s kingdom… personally going with the axe π )
Chapter title…
Yes, which is why mentioned the barbarians who attacked during a plague (one of the attackers drove themselves into a battle frenzy, and ended up chipping away at a wall for an hour because his target fell within seconds and didn’t notice)

Nope.
Will just wait for the explanation then π
Guesticus is referring to the flashback part of "Lich of the Rings part 2" which delves into the history of Elegrost as Lewie’s people were conquered by the Nordlanders.
Explaining you own joke is painful, lol.
I know, cause I always have to explain my jokes to my wife π
Well, that conversation certainly was dragging on!
Certainly was drag on…
oh… ha ha
If I clap my hands twice, would that turn the drag off?…
Heβs reffering to page 574 and the dwarf barbarian who got roasted by the Chimera, Druggum Goldhelm.
Oh, can remember that strip, it’s the one where the female got to go by because she asked nicely and others simply charged (and got roasted)
Didn’t realise the male had names, thank you
Am I the only person who feels pity for those sharks?
Nope, not after last page with the reveal of the cat-dragon
Yes, a bit.

Having ren faire flashbacks…
