ARE there rules for being rusty? I think this isn’t going to go exactly by rules.
Well, a rusty dagger has a -1 to all hits. Maybe a rusty player would get a -1 to their stats until they next level up 😛
In real life it works the opposite. You get a -20 to memory, a -20 to doing stuff and a -20 to hair.
