Whoops. So I accidentally published today’s and Friday’s comics at the same time. Very confusing. So I’ve corrected it, the one that was here this morning will now appear on Friday and this one is for today.
When the comic reappears on Friday the comments made will also reappear. So fear not, it’s not a weird Mandella effect thing… I’m just a goof.

Destroying or rewriting history and removing references to thinsg that happened just means that the next time someone tries it there’s no memory that it didn’t work the last time…or perhaps that’s the intention ?
Does that mean on Friday everything old will be gnu again?

A few nature journalists went on safari, where they were able to see several scenes most of their friends hadn’t. Upon returning, they showed off pictures, including gazelles, zebras, wildebeests, and ostriches. They also were able to film lions chasing down a couple of lame wildebeests, and how the alphas got first dibs. One journalist commented, "That’s it for the gnus, and now for the head lions."
That last panel has me very intrigued. It definitely brings up more questions than it answers. Nice… 🙂
Is there an emoji for staring with your mouth open slightly and blinking slowly two or three times before shaking your head and groaning?
None of them quite capture what I’m after.
I find mostly closing one eye then lifting the other eyebrow does a fairly decent job of getting the point across, it can be a bit of a gnusiance getting the look exactly right but it pays off

Ah, so was Taurenil cheating so that the historical items won’t be given away to some rando?
A zoo got some new animals and after the exhibits were set up, the head zookeeper retired to his office for some paperwork. After a bit, one of the new animals, a gnu, stuck its head in his office and beckoned for him to follow. Intrigued, the zookeeper followed as the gnu led him back to the enclosure, where two more were bullying a baby gnu.
So, the zookeeper broke it up, separated the animals, wound up with a real long day. He gets home late and his wife asks, "How was your day dear?"
With a heavy sigh he replied, "Well, I’ve got good gnus and bad gnus."
If this is the worse that happens, how bad is it really? Meh.
It is indeed *very* strange for any kind of religious institution to just give away their relics.
Prediction: I think Taurenil is Laura Holt. It's _her_ sword they are giving away. That would explain her "taking it personally" as well as her behaving uncharacteristically.
Favor: can you explain what the reference to laura holt and it being her sword, or the equivalent? I have lapsed in my ways, and have not seen the show\movie, so it'd be seriously appreciated!
