Hi! I’m back again.
Sorry about that lengthy break, but I work, I deadlines, I panic…. This time it was a much more complex show and I was really worried about getting it done, so I really had to tune the world out hard. But that contract’s up and I have a bit of time. So yeah, I’ve uploaded tomorrow’s strip today, and there’s another one lined up for Monday. So it is here, it is still happening, and I’ve been getting very excited about stories I want to do after this one as well, so promise, if I disappear, it’s not forever. Just struggling to keep a focus.

*is very relieved* Welcome back Rich! Sorry if some of us get worried beyond a certain length of time. We will all keep coming back in any case, and real life takes precedence, no question. The last few years have just been… well, I worry about all sorts of things as soon as signal drops. But that is my problem, not yours. I look forward to the rest of this story, and all the ones to come after.
No worries Rich, I think your focus is on point. Work and earning a living always comes first. I'm just glad you still have time for this amazing comic from time to time!

I've generally been more concerned with all the wacky weather events happening all over the world, and constantly being worried something really bad had happened.
Work, and delays caused by work, family emergencies, etc. are part of life.
As a librarian, I constantly joke about how "doing your job prevents you from getting work done".
It's hard to work on separate projects for the library when you've got books to check in or reference questions to answer. 😉

Curious if the writers/actors strike has any affect on Canadian animation productions?
From what I was told, it effects Feature Animation productions, but not animated television shows here in Canada. Not sure why that is, but I was assured that it won't effect my contract in August.
