Yes, it looks like it should be 3568, but without a proper title after the number, it leads to a page that doesn't display a comic. The only thing useful that it tells us is that 3568 is supposed to go live on March 31 (today).
It's a broken duplicate of the previous page, which was accidentally uploaded with the wrong number (it's page 3567, but the URL has it as page 2567). It's no big deal; we're not actually missing a comic here.
