It seems to me, that either those heads were ‘lifted’ from other pages, random ‘headshots’ or this is half of a double page spread

It’s made up wholecloth. I drew it all for this very entry.
So, not a second part to this? Really intrigued at what (or who) Glon is glaring at, and a second page with seven Rancids and one ‘good guy’ and a spider would offset this page perfectly (Personal Opinion Only, Of Course, POOOC or POO for short)
