Hi,

I'm new here and hope this is the right thread for this topic. I can put it in the off-topic forums if that would be more appropriate.

I've been playing and (mostly) running games for 32 years and, since about 1991, writing up all of the games as stories. In the last two or three years, I've been posting the stories online. I ran a two-year Call of Cthulhu game and posted it at:

http://www.yog-sothoth.com/blogs/2951-Max_Writer

The others are in my FaceBook notes and on MySpace here:

http://blog.myspace.com/max_writer

There is a game of TimeLord in there as well but you might have to dig a little to find it. I also playtest out of print games to write reviews of them for Knights of the Dinner Table Magazine. All of these are posted in reverse order.

I stumbled across your site yesterday and really enjoyed the online comics - especially The Ten Doctors and other Doctor Who strips. I've been a fan of the Time Lord since the early 80s when PBS in Fayetteville, NC, started to run the series (starting with the Key to Time season). I think you've done a woderful job with the Ten Doctors especially - great way to bring in so many old villains, friends, and foes.

I hope this is all okay. I'll keep posting updates of my journals if that's okay (I play in a WWI Call fo Cthulhu game this weekend and am looking forward to it).

No objections at all, as far as I'm concerned - I love to see interesting new material on the boards! There's also a 'pimp my links' thread around here somewhere for blatant self-promotion that's not intended for discussion.

I finished the write up for the Megatraveller and Adventures in the New World GURPS games this weekend and have posted them in my facebook notes and here:

http://blog.myspace.com/max_writer

The GURPS game is before the Megatraveller game (as that game came first) so I apologize for any confusion. There are several entries for each on MySpace and a single one for New World and two for Megatraveller on FaceBook.

I ran Delta Green Friday and it went fairly well. You can read it here (in nine parts 1-0 through 1-8):

I ran Delta Green last night to finish up "Puppet Shows and Shadow Plays" for the players. This one can also be found (parts 2-1 through 2-7) here:

I played the solitaire scenario "Dove's Bay" from "Grimrock Isle" this past weekend and decided to write it up as an rpg journal. It can be found here:

http://www.yog-sothoth.com/blogs/2951-Max_Writer

This one is actually still in print and for sale by Triad Entertainment. You can find it here:

http://www.triadentertainments.com/i...ules&Itemid=55

I rolled up a parapscyhologist named George Salte who did fairly well.

These are neat; it'd be nice to see you participate in other sections of the forum as well!

You're right. My bad. I will. There are other forums I need to do the same. I'm mostly a lurker though, so keep that in mind.

Having said that ...

I finished up the rpg journal for the second half of "Bad Dreams," Eric's Call of Cthulhu game. Parts 2-1 through 2-7 can be found here:

http://www.yog-sothoth.com/blogs/2951-Max_Writer

Characters are:

Lord Peregrine Bertie (me)

James Bradshaw

Winifred Bradshaw

Dr. Rolf Dusseldorf

Sister Mary Bernadette

Jean-Pierre Valois

Alexandra Cooper

Michael Taggart (Harold Olver)

I appreciate the response. I'm going to note that, if you're not a participant in the forum, this thread becomes spam. I'm more than happy to provide space for forum-users to discuss their personal projects, shill for clicks, all that sort of thing - we're all in this together. But it's the 'together' thing that's important, and I hate to see good will abused.
