I am presuming here that BK is a moderate fan of the Dungeon Keeper series, as are a few of the readers. To that end, there is a recently released game called 'War for the Overworld'. The game has some problems stemming from early release and one of the devs trying to making it more 'competitive multiplayer' (levels are really fast-paced).

That said, the sheer amount of little touches makes me believe that these guys are truly hardcore DK fans. For example, in DK II the Narrator would occasionally taunt you with 'micro piglets stalk your Dungeon!'. In WftO, your food source is the Slaughter Pen, which spawns micro piglets, lol.

They even got Richard Ridings himself, and the dry dark humor is spot on. The game definitely needs more work, but so far as spiritual successors go, I truly believe the dev's hearts are in the right place. I won't lie, whether or not they continue development is a gamble right now. However, the sheer amount of little nods I have seen makes me believe.

So yeah, anyone who loves DK should give it a look.
